Wynne And Nate - Part 1

It's impossible to find anything bad to say about anyone featured in this next wedding. They ARE ALL AWESOME. Wynne is my lovely boyfriend Josh's Cousin. I've gotten to know bits and pieces of her in the last six years. It was SUCH an honor when she asked me to photograph her wedding to Nate. Wynne and Nate are a beautiful couple and getting to know them more through my lens has been a privilege . They held their reception and ceremony at the Rue Franklin restaurant. Located in downtown buffalo, it is the perfect location for a romantic and intimate wedding. It's also worth mentioning that they boast the city's BEST french food. It was a pleasure spending the day with family and seeing the love between Wynne and Nate. Congrats guys!

Ps. I'll be posting part two later!

Congratulations guys! And thank you to Jill and Josh, you guys were amazing and you are my favorites. :).

Buffalo Wedding Photographer - Engagement Session - Wynne and Nate

We had a very special engagement this week. Wynne and Nate. They are a wonderful couple and Wynne is the cousin of my lovely boyfriend and second shooter Josh! We wanted to do something a little different so we grabbed are passports and headed over to the butterfly conservatory and botanical gardens in Ontario, Canada. The result was magical. We loved working with them and felt the love. I can't wait to photograph their beautiful August wedding! :).

Buffalo Wedding Photographer - Engagement Session - Erin and Chris

Another e shoot all done! Meet Erin and Chris. Erin and I are both sellers on etsy. She makes the most gorgeous bowls. I wrote her over christmas about doing a little trade and here we are. Funny how things work. She and Chris were SO nice. Such troopers, they moved all around, gave us every great pose they couldand were just an all out blast to work with. They are getting married at the buffalo historical society, so we thought it would be appropriate to take their engagement shots there! We had a great time and can't wait for their beautiful wedding! Check out her shop here! http://www.etsy.com/shop/elmstudiosonline

Buffalo Wedding Photographer - Engagement Session - Kara and DJ

Well, it's been half a year since i've updated. I'm terrible at blogging as i've said before. But the weather is nicer and I finally have something to blog about! I had my first engagement session (ever) of the season, and it was a great start!

Kara and DJ are an awesome couple! No seriously, it was freezing by the water and they were brave enough to pose through it and still managed to look like models. They are so in love and it just shines through every single picture, I felt like I didn't even need to give directions. I can wait to shoot their wedding this july. In the mean time, here are a few of my favorites from the shoot.

I'm really looking forward to all of the wonderful engagement shoots and weddings I have coming up. I feel blessed to be working with such wonderful people! More to come! :).
